High Street Homes

Habitat Metro Denver renovated and sold 11 homes with affordable mortgages in Denver’s Cole neighborhood. These homes were previously affordable rentals, and Habitat Metro Denver sold them as affordable homeownership opportunities for local families.

In the renovation process, the homes were professionally cleaned and inspected by third-party professionals to ensure they are safe for new homeowners. Habitat Metro Denver is proud to keep these units affordable, but update the home features and make homeownership possible for low to moderate-income families.
