Aria Homes
In 2023, Habitat Metro Denver completed construction on 28 new homes in Aria Denver, a multigenerational, mixed-income community that supports simple, healthy living.
Located eight minutes from downtown and one block from Regis University, these 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom homes are part of a 17.5-acre development featuring organic gardens, a playground and open spaces.
Project Highlights
- Aria Denver is a collaborative neighborhood that includes a unique mix of housing and community resources to foster connectedness, healthy living and diversity.
- Each Habitat home features professionally landscaped common spaces outside each back door. Plus, the neighborhood’s active homeowners’ association organizes movie nights and food trucks for all residents in the community.
- Aria Homes are located near I-70 and major roads into Denver
- Aria Homes are 2-story townhomes and duplexes designed with bonus living space on the second floor
- Nearby schools include Beach Court Elementary, Skinner Middle School, North High School, and Regis University
