The Colorado Community Land Trust (CCLT) is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization founded in 2002. CCLT merged with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver in 2020 and, together, we have expanded land trust services throughout Metro Denver.

Any person or household who meets the eligibility requirements may apply. Visit the homeownership page or explore one of our housing communities to see if you meet the financial requirements.
Our program requires that buyers be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income, based on household size. Visit the homeownership page or explore one of our housing communities to see if you meet the financial requirements.
Please provide a letter – from the person giving you the gift – that indicates the amount of the gift. Share this with our team.
Our program requires owner occupancy, so if you are the owner of a townhome, you would need to live there with your son or daughter. At least one person in the household must receive enough income to meet the mortgage loan and home expense obligations.
