The Colorado Community Land Trust (CCLT) is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization founded in 2002. CCLT merged with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver in 2020 and, together, we have expanded land trust services throughout Metro Denver.

Our program requires owner occupancy, so if you are the owner of a townhome, you would need to live there with your son or daughter. At least one person in the household must receive enough income to meet the mortgage loan and home expense obligations.
