Villa Park Homes includes a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home and a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home, with outdoor storage sheds and two dedicated parking spaces included with each unit. These two single-family homes are being built in tandem on one large lot but with their own yards and parking spaces. This setup allows Habitat Metro Denver to utilize this land to its fullest potential to provide affordable homes to two separate buyers.
Villa Park Homes sit right across the street from Dry Gulch Park and the Lakewood Gulch walking path, meaning the families who live here will have easy access to green spaces and trails.
