Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver has updated our Privacy Policy effective February 6, 2024. These changes apply to anyone who engages with us online or offline – including those who donate to our mission, shop our ReStores, use our websites, engage with our services, and apply to our home programs.

  • The policy applies to the personal data provided to Habitat Metro Denver when you make a donation, payment, or purchase; register for an event or volunteer opportunity; submit a form; apply for or participate in a home program; sign up for a newsletter; enter into business with us; visit our website; or otherwise provide us with information through our website.  
  • The policy also applies to any personal information you may provide to Habitat Metro Denver via phone, fax, email, regular mail, social media, texting, mobile applications, third-party applications, or face-to-face.  
  • By using any of our services, you agree to be bound and abide by our Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your engagement. Your use of our website(s) is also subject to our Terms of Use.

  • Explain when, how, and why we collect personal information. 
  • Ensure we are treating the data and personal information of our partners and constituents with the utmost care. 
  • Align our data practices with the Colorado Privacy Act
