Habitat Metro Denver utilizes third-party payment tools to process donations, purchases, and payments (“transactions”) online. Fees associated with such transactions may change without notice. By making a transaction you acknowledge that you are at least eighteen years of age, legally competent, and agree to all other provisions of these Terms of Use. You also agree that all details you provide to us for the purposes of making such a transaction will be accurate, correct, including ownership and validity of any payment method such as a credit or debit card. Habitat Metro Denver or its payment processors may validate your payment details before processing your transaction.
If you select to make a recurring transaction, your method of payment will be charged monthly starting on the date indicated on the processing form. If your method of payment is declined or otherwise rejected, you agree to promptly provide updated payment information to us. We will also attempt to contact you to let you know updated payment information is required. If we are unable to reach you and obtain valid payment information by the time of your next scheduled transaction, your recurring transaction may be terminated. If you wish to discontinue a recurring donation, please contact Donor Services at 303-534-2929 or donations@habitatmetrodenver.org. We provide information and resources on home programs, ReStores, volunteering and advocacy, including articles, press releases, photographs, client stories and case studies, reports, newsletters, videos, Impact Reports, Habitat Metro Denver’s annual reports, and interviews with personnel, corporate and community partners, supporters, clients, and volunteers (collectively, “Publications”). Unless otherwise noted, all Publications, including those appearing on this Website, are our copyrighted, patented or trademarked property or the copyrighted, patented or trademarked property of our licensors, and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, patents and other intellectual property rights are owned by us or our licensors (who may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use) and protected by the copyright, trademark, patent and other laws of the United States and international treaties.
