One Year at Sheridan Square
Exactly one year ago today, we gathered with community leaders to break ground on what will be our largest development in our history – the 4.25-acre site now known as Sheridan Square. A lot of progress has been made with help from over 2,900 volunteers and generous supporters from across metro Denver:
- 12 homes currently under construction
- 9 families closed and moved into their homes
- 2,900 volunteers have worked 19,420 hours (so far) to build these affordable homes
When complete, Sheridan Square will include 63 energy-efficient homes that will create stable, affordable, and permanent housing for approximately 130 adults and 225 children.
