Introducing the Mariposa Townhomes
Habitat Denver is proud to partner with the Denver Housing Authority on the innovative Mariposa property development. Located just minutes from downtown at 10th & Mariposa, this sustainable, Transit-Oriented Development is a unique urban living community that will forever transform the La Alma/Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Habitat is building six townhomes in this community, which will be the only units available for homeownership in the 15-acre development. This six-phase, mixed use community will include apartments, townhomes and flats, all built around a central retail plaza, community garden, rec center and park.
