Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver is partnering with West Denver Renaissance Collaborative (WDRC) on their accessory dwelling unit (ADU) pilot program. The program is part of the West Denver Single Family Plus (WDSF+) initiative, a housing strategy addressing the threat of involuntary displacement in nine of the west Denver neighborhoods. Green Mountain High School students who are registered in Geometry in Construction (GIC) course have taken on the challenge of building the first Habitat Denver ADU.
