Ent Credit Union

Ent Credit Union, one of Habitat Metro Denver’s newest corporate partners, is working with us to ensure homeownership remains affordable for local, hardworking families.

The need for affordable housing in metro Denver is critical. In the past decade, the cost of housing in Denver has increased at double the rate of incomes, and one quarter of households in Metro Denver are housing cost-burdened – meaning that they pay more than 30% of their gross income towards housing.

Ent invested $100,000 and 12 days of volunteer time to support Aria Homes by Habitat, a 17.5-acre development in Northwest Denver that 28 local families will soon call home. Ent’s investment will ensure families can purchase homes and live in this safe and beautiful neighborhood, with easy access to local businesses and transportation.

“As a not-for-profit credit union, Ent has always focused on people over profit. This project is a meaningful way for us to invest in our community and help a local family realize the dream of homeownership by purchasing an affordable home,” said Annie Snead, Community Advocacy Partner for Ent.
