Denver is experiencing an affordable housing crisis.

The median price of a single-family home in Denver has more than doubled in the last few years and is $650,000. Denver is the 8^th most expensive metro area to buy a house, just $4,000 below New York City on Zillow’s Home Price Index for 2022.   

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver is addressing this crisis by building and renovating affordable homes and your help is needed.  

EOG Resources is working to raise $30,000 in support of the Energy Industry Collaboration, an initiative that engages oil and gas companies with Habitat’s mission. 

The funds will be utilized to renovate an 11-unit condo building in Denver’s Cole Neighborhood.
