When a homebuyer purchases a CCLT home, they retain ownership of their home, while the land remains owned by the land trust, keeping costs affordable. CCLT also provides ongoing support to homeowners after closing, supporting long-term housing stability.
The Colorado Community Land Trust (CCLT) is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization founded in 2002. CCLT merged with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver in 2020, and the organizations are now one. Together, we continue to expand affordable homeownership opportunities in our region through land trust services.
Any person or household who meets the eligibility requirements may apply. Visit the homeownership page or explore one of our housing communities to see if you meet the requirements.
Por favor, facilite una carta -de la persona que le hace el regalo- en la que se indique el importe del mismo. Compártala con nuestro equipo.
