Habitat Metro Denver’s Home Repair program partners with homeowners to make critical repairs – roofing, windows, siding and more – to help keep homes stable and affordable for years to come.
Through our CAPABLE program, we partner with homeowners age 65+ to make home updates that support independence, reduce safety risks, and help them remain in their homes comfortably.
Exterior Home Repair
We partner with existing homeowners across Denver to conduct home repairs at a portion of the cost.
