This week Rosalba, Javier and their infant son are celebrating closing on their new Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver home. After months of building and saving, their young family has fulfilled their dreams of homeownership.

Before partnering with Habitat Metro Denver, Rosalba and Javier lived in a cramped apartment that took up more and more of their income every year. The uncertainty of how much rent could increase with each lease and new family expenses adding up wore on them every day. After working hard and partnering with Habitat Metro Denver Rosalba and Javier can now finally look forward to a new future for their son.
