Get Help with Home Maintenance

  • Check out Habitat’s Home Care Manual to keep your home and appliances running smoothly the first year and beyond!
  • Although regular maintenance is important, your home also has a one-year limited warranty that covers some repairs. 
  • To submit a warranty work order:
    • If you have a newly constructed home, call the warranty supervisor at 720-496-2721 or email warrantyemails@habitatmetrodenver.org
    • If you have a renovated home, contact the Blue Ribbon warranty team at 303-986-3900 or 800-571-0475
